Single Live Class


A series of non-impact exercises combined with yoga's harmonizing development of the body and mind. Develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness through a specialized system of physical conditioning involving low-impact strengthening exercises.

Classes are held Tuesdays at 6:00pm PST

You will receive a link to the class the day of the session. The link is valid for the week the class was purchased. If a live class is missed, you may email me a request for the recorded dropbox link.
