Single Live Class


A more meditative approach to yoga with postures that are held for longer durations to improve the body's connective tissue along with improving inner body awareness. Combines eight-to-ten postures with an opening and closing meditation.

Classes are held Fridays at 9:00am PST

You will receive a link to the class the day of the session. The link is valid for the week the class was purchased. If a live class is missed, you may email me a request for the recorded dropbox link.
